The Cleveland Restoration Society (CRS), with the support of our partners the City of Cleveland, Council Member Richard Starr (Ward 5), and Burten Bell Carr Development, Inc., is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select a real estate development firm for the redevelopment of the historic Dall-Mays houses at 2225 and 2229 E. 46 Street in the Central neighborhood of Cleveland (PPN-103- 24-043 and 103-24-042). Included are up to sixteen (16) vacant adjacent land parcels from the City of Cleveland Land Bank (see attached letter with individual parcel numbers) that could support new construction.

The RFQ process will identify a “short list” of qualified real estate development firms that will be invited to submit redevelopment proposals for further review and consideration by a committee of community stakeholders. CRS will facilitate the RFQ/RFP process.

The deadline for a response to this RFQ is 5:00 pm on October 11, 2023.
