Service Areas
In 1992, the Cleveland Restoration Society launched our housing rehabilitation program in the City of Cleveland. In 2001, we began expanding into other areas in the region. Our loans are available to residents in the areas listed below. If you don’t see your city listed you can take advantage of our technical advice services.
In partnership with the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s “Partners in the Field” (link to www.preservationnation.org), Ohio Treasurer (link to http://www.tos.ohio.gov), and the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (link to www.ohiohome.org), our Heritage Home Program team is always working to bring the program into your community. New areas are offering the program all of the time so check back here often for the latest updates!
