We know that repairing or maintaining an older home can be a challenge. Our program is here to help. We want to assist you with your project and help maintain the look and character of older homes & neighborhoods.
- Is your home located in a participating community?
If not, you can take advantage of our technical advice services. - Is your house at least 50 years old?
- Does your house have most of its original features?
The house must retain much of its original architectural characteristics in order to be eligible for the Heritage Home Loan Program. - Is our program the right fit for you?
The goal of our program is to repair, maintain or restore your homes features. Click here to see typical projects that are funded through our program. - Has your project already started?
Work that has already started cannot be funded with loan proceeds. - Do you have equity in your home?
Your loan amount is partially based on the available equity in your home. If you do not have enough equity you may be eligible for an “after rehab” loan (call for more details).
