Loans: The Heritage Home Program
Maintaining an older home can be a challenge. The Cleveland Restoration Society offers low interest loans and impartial technical advice to help make that maintenance easier.
Our low-interest loan product is financed through our sole lender, KeyBank with fixed interest rates available at 3.5% or less! Terms range from 5 to 12 years.
CRS staff provides loan clients with additional assistance such as: written construction specifications, locating qualified contractors, project management assistance, & review of bids.
