We offer a range of services that help you preserve the historic character of your home and increase its value, while updating interior features and installing energy efficient systems. Cleveland Restoriation Society has built an excellent reputation for facilitating high quality rehabilitation throughout the region.

Since 1992, we have provided over 3,000 homeowners with complimentary technical assistance. Additionally, our loan program has facilitated the revitalization of over 850 houses with projects totaling $30.8 million in neighborhood reinvestment.
Based on our commitment to restoration excellence and eco-consciousness, we ensure that participating homeowners maintain their historic exterior details through repair, replication and the application of historically appropriate treatments.
Coupled with attractive landscaping, our project properties often have increased curb appeal and property values. As a result, CRS and our program partners are proving that historic preservation provides a direct link to the economic vitality of our urban neighborhoods and inner-ring suburbs.
