Home Repair Loan Rate Drops to 2.2%
 

The Neighborhood Historic Preservation Program's interest rate has dropped to 2.2%! This special low rate will be effective through December 31, 2007. Homeowners who act fast can take advantage of this limited time offer to tackle fall home repair and maintenance projects. Now is a perfect time to consider insulation, roof and window repairs to maximize energy efficiency before winter arrives. Homeowners with houses built before 1957 should contact J.P.
