Easements and
Charitable Gifts Can Protect Historic Properties
Ross Bradford, Assistant General Counsel for the National Trust
for Historic Preservation, will be in Cleveland on Friday, May
11, 2007 to discuss how charitable gifts of historic property
and preservation easements can assist individuals in meeting
their estate planning needs and contribute to local historic
preservation efforts. The Cleveland Restoration Society is
sponsoring this Planned Giving Breakfast from 8:15 -10:00 a.m.
at the Sarah Benedict House, 3751 Prospect Avenue. Individuals
and professional advisors are encouraged to attend. The event
is free and open to the public, but reservations are required.

Cleveland Restoration Society is the region’s largest non-profit
preservation organization and is a Local Partner affiliate of
the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Founded in 1972,
