The Cleveland Restoration
Society, a non-profit organization, offers technical assistance
and low interest loans to owners of older and historic (50+ years)
homes in Cuyahoga County. Current loan rates are 2% to 3.5%, with
repayment terms of 10-12 years. Technical assistance includes
recommendations on such issues as masonry repair, window restoration,
