The Cleveland Restoration Society, a non-profit
organization, offers technical assistance and low interest loans
to owners of older and historic (50+ years) homes in Cuyahoga
County. Current loan rates are 1.5% to 3.5%, with repayment
terms of 10-12 years. Technical assistance includes recommendations
on such issues as masonry repair, window restoration, roof repair,

The Cleveland Restoration
Society/Preservation Resource Center of Northeastern Ohio is
the region’s largest non-profit preservation organization
and is a Local Partner affiliate of the National Trust. Founded
in 1972, the Society is dedicated to the preservation of greater
