2008 Preservation Award Nominations


To submit a nomination:

1. Open the 2008 Nomination Form (PDF)

2. Complete the form with your project's information, adding additional sheets if
    necessary to complete the Significance and Project Information fields.

3. Print a copy of the completed nomination form (you may wish to keep an additional
    copy for your own records).

4. Send the completed nomination, along with any additional materials and the CD of
    images to:

In order for a project to be considered, the completed nomination form
and all photographic documentation
must be postmarked by Friday, February 15, 2008.
